Introduction

My blog is on thought reform vs. benign religion. Briefly speaking, I am considering how to be a Christian without the danger of being under thought reform or spiritual abuse. This might be a serious question for ex-members of religious cults and abusive churches, including myself.

In this blog, I also consider psychological and spiritual issues in recovery from destructive cults (mainly, Bible-based cults, that is, abusive churches and cults of Christianity).
